Certainly! We allow alcohol on our buses if it is legal and consumed responsibly. Passengers must be over 18 years old and provide valid identification or proof of age. However, please note that no alcohol is permitted on buses for school formals or children's parties.
Food or snacks are not permitted on any of our buses.
Most of our Party and Limo Buses are equipped with air conditioning. You can refer to our fleet page for specific details.
Any damages or adverse conditions observed during the trip may result in termination and forfeiture of the bond. Passengers responsible for excessive damage are liable for repair costs.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings; lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Shuttle Bus Hire.
Our buses do not have onboard toilets; however, the driver will make suitable stops for bathroom breaks.
Our Party Buses offer a range of capacities to suit your needs, accommodating 13, 20, 24, 40, 45, and 50 passengers. Meanwhile, our Limo Buses are designed to seat 21, 23, and 44 passengers comfortably.
To confirm and secure your booking, we require a security bond, the amount of which depends on the bus booked. Rest assured, this bond will be refunded at the conclusion of your trip provided that the bus is left in a clean, tidy, and undamaged state. Typically, refund processing takes 2-7 business days, depending on your bank's billing cycle.
Shuttle Bus Hire exclusively accepts Australian currency.
Absolutely. Once we receive either the bond or full payment, we will promptly send you a confirmation email along with the remittance details.
The security bond payment is non-refundable for cancellations. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will incur a 50% charge on the nominated account.
Your assigned driver will make a courtesy call 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to ensure that you and your guests are prepared. While a slight delay of 15-30 minutes may be acceptable, any further lateness may incur an additional surcharge, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Our Party and Limo Buses are equipped with cutting-edge DJ LD speakers for music via Bluetooth, microphones for singing along, dynamic LED party lights, luxurious leather seating, and spacious dance floors. Our Karaoke Party Bus offers an extensive collection of 85,000 songs, a TV for lyrics display, a smoke machine, LED party lights, DJ LD speakers, and a personalized LED Sign.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all our buses in compliance with state laws.
For Kid's Party transfers, we require a minimum of 2 parents or guardians to be present on the bus.
Our buses are rigorously maintained, modern, and adhere to the highest safety standards. Our drivers hold the necessary licenses and driver authorities and are cleared to work with children. They undergo regular training to ensure professional, friendly, and safe travel.
Disruptive behavior, fighting, damage to the bus, or intoxication may lead to eviction and termination of the transfer. No refunds will be provided.
